Right of Withdrawal

This is a non-binding translation provided for the convenience of our English-speaking customers. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the German-language version of this document is legally binding and shall prevail.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded upon the first use of the email address provided, as described in our General Terms and Conditions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cityweb GmbH, Suhrenkamp 59, 22335 Hamburg, email: widerruf@cityweb.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.
